Fortune Inn Sree Kanya Visakhapatnam

The hotel is in the heart of Vizag. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The suite room was gorgeous. Quite large and very well appointed. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. Everything was spectacular clean and hygienic. The washroom was excellent with a shower area and a bath tub. Very clean. There was a second toilet for the living room. There were large TVs in the living room and bedroom and a small one in the bath! The shower cubicle felt small for a six footer like me. The price was very attractive

Excellent behavior of supporting staffs, specially Ms Labanya (House Keeping), Mr Prasad, Santhosa and L Ganesh (Room Service). Surprised to get very good support while parking my vehicle. All the persons from Security responsible for providing guidance during parking and going out from the hotel was exceptionally good.

I had in room food.. it was ok. The staff were very potile and helpful with any requests or querries. Would personally like to appriciate the check in receptionist on duty on 19th night. Appologies i dont remember his name.

The location of the hotel was apt. Close to the market and not too far from the beach. The breakfast buffet also was quite good.

Courteous Staff, clean bedsheets and towels, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. Middle of the city, proximity to most of the work places. Senior Management of the hotel driving and monitoring closely the upkeep, that is why good standards maintained
